We get it — something parents famously do not have is an abundance of time, especially for deal hunting. That's where we come in. We've rounded up the best deals for parents during Amazon's second Prime Day of the year, from a connected bassinet or air purifier for a nursery upgrade, to an air frying oven that simplifies dinner drama, to interactive tablet games for the kids.....to an automatic wine opener.

If you do find some downtime to peruse some deals unrelated to the kids, we're also tracking the best deals on TVs, Nintendo Switch games and accessories, outdoor gear, and more, which can all be found in this mega list of over 100 live deals.

Note: All newly added deals are marked with a ✨, while deals with a 🔥 have dropped to an all-time low price. Amazon's exclusive invite-only deals are marked with a 📨. Deals with a strikeout were either sold out or expired at the time of writing.

Why we like it

Any parent who's looked into the best breast pumps knows that, aside from two main options, there's really no competition. The Willow Go is the more budget-friendly option compared to the Elvie — and though it's also slightly more cumbersome to use, it's packed with smarts that track how much milk has been pumped and automatically switch modes based on your body's cues. The parts for this single pump are also dishwasher safe.

Why we like it

Almost every Fire tablet is on sale for Prime Day (along with basically every other Amazon device), but we have to specifically call out the Fire HD 8 Kids Pro being half price. The smaller version of the 10-inch Pro tablet that we loved is ideal for older kids who care about streaming or casual gaming, enhanced by 13 hours of battery life on one charge and a processor that's 30 faster than the older Fire tablets. All kids' Fire tablets come with a slim kid-friendly case and a free year of Amazon Kids+, plus a guarantee from Amazon to send you a new one if this one breaks.

Baby monitor and home security deals

Why we like it

One of the internet's favorite smart baby monitors, the high-end Nanit Pro with a posable floor stand is nearly $100 off this Prime Day. The camera, which can switch between wall leaning and free-standing, streams from overhead in highly-detailed 1080p and auto-captures time-lapse videos to look back on your baby's progress. The Pro bundle also comes with a breathing wrap that tracks breaths per minute as well as real-time sound and motion.

Busy parents know that the oven isn't always the move in a time crunch. A multi-functional countertop oven like the Ninja Foodi Smart Oven is the ultimate sidekick for easy meals without completely ditching variety. This 13-in-1 model is so much more than a toaster oven and so much more than an air fryer, though it is both of those things. Other functions include broiling, searing, and reheating, with the capacity to cook up to six chicken breasts, a two-pound roast, up to four pounds of air fried snacks, or a frozen pizza.

Book and toy deals

Why we like it

If you're not ready to get your child their very own tablet, Osmo is the coolest add-on that transforms any Fire tablet or iPad into an interactive learning tool. The pieces that come with Osmo correspond to the app on-screen, prompting them to build, count, organize, spell, or even dabble in coding through games that can be played by themselves or with the family.

For Prime Day, almost every Osmo kit is up to 50% off at Amazon, with starter kits ranging between $59.99 and $97.99, plus a ton of add-on activities going for as low as $11.99.

Leah Stodart
Senior Shopping Reporter

Leah Stodart is a Philadelphia-based Senior Shopping Reporter at Mashable where she covers essential home tech like vacuums and TVs as well as sustainable swaps and travel. Her ever-growing experience in these categories comes in clutch when making recommendations on how to spend your money during shopping holidays like Black Friday, which Leah has been covering for Mashable since 2017.

The robot vacuum beat in particular has cemented itself as Leah's main ~thing~ across the past few years. Since 2019, her expertise has been perpetually bolstered by the meticulous eye she keeps on robot vacuum deals and new releases, but more importantly, her hands-on experience with more than 25 robot vacuums tested in her own home. (This number has probably gone up by the time you're reading this.) That at-home testing is standardized through Mashable's robot testing guide — a granular scoring rubric for assessing all aspects of owning and using a robot vacuum on the daily — that Leah created herself.

Leah graduated from Penn State University in 2016 with dual degrees in Sociology and Media Studies. When she's not writing about shopping (or shopping online for herself), she's almost definitely watching a horror movie, "RuPaul's Drag Race," or "The Office." You can follow her on X at @notleah or email her at [email protected].

Shopping Reporter

Bethany Allard is a Los Angeles-based shopping reporter at Mashable covering beauty tech, dating, sex and relationships, and headphones. That basically means she puts her hair through a lot, scrolls through a lot of dating apps, and rotates through a lot of different headphones. In addition to testing out and rounding up the best products, she also covers deals for Mashable, paying an especially obsessive amount of attention to Apple deals and prices. That knowledge comes in handy when she's covering shopping holidays like Prime Day and Black Friday, which she's now done for three years at Mashable.

She graduated from New York University with a B.A. in Journalism and English Literature. You can follow her on X @betallard and reach her by email at [email protected]. In her free time, you'll find her playing her Switch, hanging with her cat Mila, or cooking something new in her kitchen.
